With a master degree in Packaging from ESIEC (ESIREIMS), I was able to evolve within luxury brands in the Wines & Spirits industry like Champagne Mumm and Perrier-Jouët, Cognac Martell recently the Cuban rum Havana Club. With the premiumization of our packaging, the permanent research for innovative and sustainable solutions, I had the opportunity to develop a real expertise in the world of W&S packagings, and I’m delighted to use it by joining the program comity from PLD
Mike Rose, Director of Brands Packaging, Edrington
Mike Rose has worked in the Scotch Whisky industry for over 40 years, but throughout that period he has always been passionate about the drive for ever higher standards of quality and presentation, through design, development and production of packaging.
Steve Honour, Design and Visual Identity Leader, Innovation, Europe & Africa, Diageo
Steve works as design visual identity leader within Diageo Europe & Africa and led the creation of new brands, brand identities and packaging of some of the biggest global spirit and beer brands that exist today, such as Guinness, Hop House 13, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Roe & Co, Haig Club and many more.
Jean-Dominique Andreu, Managing Director, Xo Consulting
Jean-Dominique Andreu brings more than 29 years of international experience in the wine & spirits industry. Prior to joining Camus Jean-Dominique was the European Managing Director of Stoli Group for five years, and also worked for different major companies such as Vranken Pommery champagne or Beluga Vodka Group.
Rosie Milsom, Head of NPD and Packaging, Atom Brands
Rosie is Global Head of NPD at Atom Brands, with a demonstrated history of working in the spirits industry. Self-confessed packaging geek and flavour enthusiast, delighted by beauty, functionality and taste. With almost 7 years of dedicated service at Atom Brands, taking ideas from simple concepts through to award-winning physical products.
Jérôme Labie Duflot, Innovation Manager R&D EMEA, The Coca Cola Company
Jérôme is currently managing Packaging Innovation across EMEA Group at The Coca-Cola Company. In this role he is responsible of short/mid-term innovation pipeline linked to Coca-Cola’s global sustainability strategy.
Jerome also supports the group in new package development, consumer engagement technologies and is the main point of contact for smart packaging and labels/decoration platforms.
Ivan Bell, Managing Director, Strange & Stranger
Ivan started his career as a multidisciplinary graphic designer and became fascinated with consumer brand packaging for alcoholic beverages and luxury products. For the past 20+ years he has worked alongside Kevin Shaw, founder of Stranger & Stranger, in building the award winning packaging consultancy and overseeing design from their locations in London, New York and San Francisco.

Laurent Deligand, Head of Packaging, Courvoisier
Johanna Antonucci, Owner and co-founder, Leo de Verzay
Johanna Antonucci co-founded the start-up Champagne brand Leo de Verzay, and led the creation of the logo and the design of the bottle. A graduate in luxury marketing from the International University of Monaco, Johanna manages the commercialisation and marketing of the Leo de Verzay brand.
