Annie Begnaud founded ab agency to help companies grow their business with Beauty & Luxury brands. Her scope ranges from Packaging and Sampling industries up to Digital solutions providers, in this case focusing on data-enriched solutions for enhanced consumers-brands relationships.
Passionate about Innovation and Trends, experienced and creative Business Development Director in the Beauty & Luxury markets for industrial and service companies including Sleever and Arcade Beauty, she provides core marketing & business growth strategy as well as operational responses on the field.
CEW France Board member, she created and leads the Beauty Start-Up Committee within the association.
With more than 15 years of experience in packaging R&D, he has occupied different roles in different segments in Unilever. His packaging journey started in Unilever’s Miko ice cream factory as packaging manager. He has then integrated European packaging team. He has then integrated the Cross-category packaging R&D team. He has been building and leading the Material and Technology Innovation team for Rigid Plastic aiming at packaging weight and cost reduction for Unilever R&D. Since one year, he is Unilever Prestige Brand packaging leader supporting these fast growing Personal care brands on their packaging innovations combined with their sustainability agenda.
Cyril Drouet is the founder of ADDLESS design studio and a multi-award winning creative director. After years of international experience on design and innovation working with global packaging companies, Cyril’s mission is to create new codes, develop new materials/processes and implement the latest technology with brands and manufacturers in order to lead the next sustainable packaging revolution.
Packaging engineer for more than 20 years, Corinne Fugier-Garrel has always evolved in International Cosmetic Companies such as l’Oréal, Coty and today L’Occitane.
Her expertise covers packaging development and product innovation – with a particular focus on the translation of marketing briefs into technical solutions.
Since 2015 at L’Occitane, Corinne has established and led the Packaging Concept Development team, with the objective to boost innovation in a constant quest to reduce the environmental impact.
With a master degree in communication, Sylvie Grand managed multiple strategic projects (Crédit Lyonnais, ADEME, Dow Chemical, Kenzo, Nocibé, CITEO…). She has also been a journalist and a writer for various media (L’Express, Banking & Finance, Côté Sud, Art et Décoration, Vogue…). Editorial consulting remains a passion in her life.
Founded in 2005, Rouge com works primarily for institutions and SMBs targeting luxury, beauty and food & beverage markets.
Advising major brands and retailers for almost twenty years, Monique Large identifies emerging trends, opening new opportunities to innovate in a meaningful manner through this complex future. Significant signs of change are spotted and analysed based on crossdisciplinary observation, through fieldresearch, in the press, Internet and especially socialmedia. Monique Large graduated from a design school (Camondo) and gets involved in packaging innovation projects through upstream studies. Beside consulting she also writes a monthly column at Emballages Magazine providing some inspireful insights picked-up in socialmedia discussions.
Gael Le Bourgès , COTY R&D Director Luxury, has been developing cosmetic packaging for the last 18 years as part of the COTY company. With an initial work experience in the UK for a large packaging supplier for the food industry, he has then joined COTY in Ashford – UK. Gael developed mass makeup lineup, at the time, mostly for the global brand Rimmel. His expertise then moved to Luxury Fragrances, when he joined the Coty Chartres factory, managing fragrances’ launches for Davidoff, Jil Sander, and Jennifer Lopez. Now based in Paris, Gael is leading globally the packaging Fragrance launches of Gucci, Hugo Boss, Chloé, Tiffany & Co., Lacoste, Davidoff, Jil Sander and Escada, ensuring the full respect of the brands’ DNA COTY is in charge of.
Jean-Christophe is the director of the chemistry and cosmetic industrial department at Decathlon. The engineers of his team design the products and manage the primary packaging of this perimeter (220 ref. / 50 product typologies / primary packaging: flacon, pot, tube, spray, aerosol, gas cartridges..). They collaborate with more than 30 internal project teams for different signed sports (Forclaz-Trekking, B’Twin – Bike Care, Fouganza – Horse Riding..).
Graduated from the ESIREIMS (ex-ESIEC) packaging school and the RMS business school, Jérôme worked at different suppliers manufacturing metal and plastic packagings for both perfume&make up and mass market cosmetics.
He then joined the Beiersdorf group 5 years ago where he had the chance to be develop exciting packagings for worlwide famous brands like NIVEA and NIVEA MEN. Since 3 years he is leading the DERMA packaging development team, developing products and innovations for our DERMA brands EUCERIN & AQUAPHOR.
Packaging engineer (ESIEC), Christophe Mantoz have been working for more than 15 years in the packaging sector, including more than 10 years in the cosmetics sector.
Sales Manager France of ARDAGH group and then Head of Sales of AUTAJON group, he has since 2017 taken the global responsibility for the cosmetics business of EUROSTAMPA group which produces labels and sleeves from 6 plants (Ohio, California, Mexico, UK, France and Italy).
He is piloting the partnership EUROSTAMPA – ESIREIMS (Ecole nationale supérieure des ingénieurs de Reims) set up in 2018 with the aim of supporting engineering students in their recruitment, their training, but also their search for internships or jobs.
Pascale Marciniak-Davoult, CHANEL Research and Innovation Packaging Director, has been leading the Innovation Department for 12 years. Audacity and Creativity, key values of the Brand, have been central to the creation of innovative products launched throughout this period.
Gérald Martines founded IN • SIGNES to provide companies in the world of beauty and luxury with a rich experience of innovation and business development, nourished by 30 years + practice in marketing, design, R & D , trade and general management, in several international groups, leaders in the beauty and design industry, including RPC, Rexam and Pochet.
