Business Developer

You will join the Sales Export team with the aim of winning over and retaining new customers in the beauty, fashion and jewelry sectors.

Your main missions:
Key account management (represents 70% of your activities):
Represent COSFIBEL and present its know-how, innovations and collections.
Create new opportunities with existing customers.
Collect and manage the development of new products, from the requirements gathering phase to final delivery to the customer.
Cultivate trusting relationships with customers

Customer acquisition (30%):
Identify new prospects, groups and brands.
Negotiate new accounts to expand our portfolio.
Enter new strategic markets.

Your skills :
5 years of experience in BtoB
Sense of customer service
Ability to prospect
Personal affinity for luxury
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent level in English and French

Account Manager Luxury Beauty

Your major missions:
Management and development of Key Accounts (customer loyalty)
Briefing with technical/design teams in an international environment
Analysis and advice for responding to calls for tenders / Understanding customer needs
Presentation of creative/technical solutions in line with client budgets
Collaboration with the purchasing departments of our offices in Paris and Hong Kong: models / customer returns / deadlines
Launch and monitoring of production in China – occasional travel to Asia

Your skills :
5 years of experience in the pack and/or promotion profession
