About us

Codiplas, created in 1980 is specialized in technic plastic injection and is actively involved in perfume, cosmetics and spirits market.

Our core business is to realize custom-made and standard components for perfume, cosmetics and spirits packaging (caps – spray pump covers – bottles – cosmetic jars – stoppers).

Codiplas has now a new production site of more than 10 000 square meters located in the heart of Plastic valley. We carry out our clients projects from the study (by our research department) to the delivery of finished parts including every different step of the process:
– Development of internal molding tools
– Tests realization
– Production in our workshop
– Development of all completion (silkscreen printing, hot stamping, pad printing, galvanizing and metallizing)

Our 40 NETSTAL presses, covering an area of 4000 m2, can produce more than one million pieces per day. A third of our presses are exclusively dedicated to the manufacture of Surlyn parts.

The detail is in the cap. We carry a large choice of stock Surlyn Fragrance caps, which are highly customizable through various decoration processes. Some key processes that with your cap a unique touch include hot stamping, silk screening, metallization, etc. We provide customized caps as well to meet any design direction.
We produce our caps with various high quality materials including processed ABS, surlyn, PP, PE, SAN, polyester, polyacetal, PCTA, polyamide, polycarbonate, and plexi.
