The ADF advisory board is composed of aerosols and dispensing systems experts from the world’s leading Brands, Institutions (governmental and non-governmental), Suppliers, Consultancy and Press.
Advisory Board Members
In 1999, Jean was sales director of the aerosols division of the Péchiney Group (CEBAL) in GB. Fast-forward to 2011 and the BALL Group acquired CEBAL, ALCAN and AEROCAN. Jean took over responsibility of the large accounts of the BALL AEROCAN division.
Jean has been administrator, VP and president of the British Aerosol Manufacturers Association (BAMA). His active involvement as director and VP of the CFA (French Aerosol Committee) made him an ideal candidate for the post of General Secretary.
In 1991, Georges challenged and succeeded the international introduction of BOV, later acquired by Aptar Group in 2005. As VP Business Development – Consumer Healthcare Division of Aptar Pharma, Georges steered nasal saline & woundcare application fields onto an international level.
Currently CEO of ADWATIS SA, a startup company active in ionized water technology for medical & cosmetics as well as an international consultant for dispensing systems at Lindal Group company.
Wilfried Duivenvoorden joined Unilever in 1999 and held several procurement roles across a wide range of portfolios. He is currently responsible for third party manufacturing procurement portfolio for beauty and personal care in Europe.
Irena Gadomska works at Colep as Head of Product Development, within the Innovation & Development team. Irena leads the team of development chemists, which span all global R&D locations.With a Master of Science degree in Chemical and Process Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing and Foreign Market Research and a European MBA, Irena is responsible for overseeing the development and industrialisation of new products, implementing manufacturing processes. Irena has more than 25 years’ experience in areas such as R&D; Quality; Production and Regulatory, across several product sectors including cosmetic, home care, pharmaceutical products and surface coatings, serving both B2C and B2B markets.
Sebastian studied from 2000 – 2004 Packaging Technologies at HTWK Leipzig (Diploma Univ. of Applied Sciences). He worked at the Beiersdorf Packaging Development Engineer NIVEA Visage Young from 01/2005 to 08/2005.
In September 2005 he entered at Kao where he worked in the Pack. Dev. Hair Care Brand GUHL almost 2 years (09/2005 – 07/2007). In 2006, he spend 2 months in Japan at Kao Japan Packaging Technology Laboratories and from 02/2007 to 12/2011 in Pack. Dev. Hair Care Brand KMS California. Sebastian current position and Role at EURL: Group leader of hair color packaging development for New Product Development, Innovation Projects (devices, tools, processes for hair color treatment, coop. with external partners), global Cost Reduction & sourcing strategy projects, global Packaging Specification System implementation
Peter has worked in Packaging Development for more than 40 years for P&G, Kao Germany, Wella AG, Richardson Merrell, Goldwell and Lamboy Packaging Consulting. He is the General Manager for the German Packaging Engineer Association (bdvi e.V.) and a Jury Member of the Germany Corrugated Board Association.
Marc Spiniella comes from Brazil where he managed two sites of the Fareva group. A native of Strasbourg, Marc becomes Director of the Johnson & Johnson campus in Val-de-Reuil.
A graduate of the School of Polymers and Materials Chemistry, Marc, 42, had previously worked for Johnson & Johnson in April 2002 where he worked as a Production Manager before taking on the role of Production Unit Manager.
He then moved to Switzerland to work at Zug’s head office where he held various positions in supply chain and procurement. He has held the position of Sourcing manager for Laboratoires Vendôme and value stream lead for Beauty business.
Marc also has 10 years’ experience in outsourcing in the Fareva group. He has spent the last six years in Brazil as managing director of two production sites.
Leopold Werdich studied in Nuernberg and Brimingham. After working for a High-Street Bank and at a main ice cream producer he started in 1999 as a Managing Director for Tubex. In 2002 he was appointed Managing Director of Tubex Holding.
The Tubex group is a renowned manufacturer of alu cans, alu tubes, alu cartridges and plastic tubes. Tubex is known for its innovative and groundbreaking packaging solutions especially in the field of sustainability.
Johannes has more than 25 years of experience in packaging development at P&G, with special focus on aerosol packages. He has previously worked in the Haircare department in various positions and is now working as Section Head in Fabric & Home Care European Aerosol Business supporting the European Associations Work in the Aerosol and Recycling sectors.
In the European Aerosol Association (FEA), Johannes is the chairman of FEA Plastic Aerosols Task Force and, the chairman of Waterbath Test Alternatives Task Force.
In Petcore, Johannes represents P&G as the co-founder and chairman of the Plastic Aerosol Recycling Special Industry Group.
After graduating from her Chemistry studies at the Orsay University, Olina joined PRECISION Group; over 30 years ago. Soon after, she became the Head of Customer Technical Service and Laboratory for VALVE PRECISION.
Her know how lies especially in her ability to determine the best association of aerosol components (valve, gaskets, propellants) for a product package to meet the brands demands in terms of safety, compatibility and product dispensing.
Olinda has been a member of the CFA (the French Aerosol Association) where she is part of the ‘Standardisation’ and ‘Plastics & Recycling’ working groups. She conducts technical training sessions where she shares her expertise of our industry and trains newcomers; both customers and competitors, on subjects such as ‘Training in the Aerosol Industry’, ‘Valves and Actuators’ or ‘Compressed gas, how to optimize the spray’. Olinda has also been a speaker at ADF Paris.
ADF, through the broad spectrum of its conferences, offers an unprecendented platform of sharing and thus contributes to the development of our industry and its people.
