Advisory Board Members
Jean Blottière, General Secretary, CFA
In 1999, Jean was sales director of the aerosols division of the Péchiney Group (CEBAL) in GB. Fast-forward to 2011 and the BALL Group acquired CEBAL, ALCAN and AEROCAN. Jean took over responsibility of the large accounts of the BALL AEROCAN division.
Jean has been administrator, VP and president of the British Aerosol Manufacturers Association (BAMA). His active involvement as director and VP of the CFA (French Aerosol Committee) made him an ideal candidate for the post of General Secretary.
Georges Bouilles, Consultant, Lindal
Georges BOUILLE (57), a Swiss citizen, started his career in internationally renowned companies in finance and packaging industries after graduating in economy in 1987. In 1991, Georges challenged and succeeded the international introduction of BOV, later acquired by Aptar Group in 2005. As VP Business Development – Consumer Healthcare Division of Aptar Pharma, Georges steered nasal saline & woundcare application fields onto an international level.
Currently CEO of ADWATIS SA, a startup company active in ionized water technology for medical & cosmetics as well as an international consultant for dispensing systems at Lindal Group company.
Wilfried Duivenvoorden, Procurement 3PM Europe | Home & Personal Care, Unilever
Wilfried Duivenvoorden joined Unilever in 1999 and held several procurement roles across a wide range of portfolios. He is currently responsible for third party manufacturing procurement portfolio for beauty and personal care in Europe.
Bernhard Felten, Global Packaging - Technology Innovation, Beiersdorf
Bernhard was born in 1964 in Cologne, Germany, he studied at the University of Aachen “RWTH” where he has a Dipl. Ing. Maschinenbau.
He worked at IKV (Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung, Aachen), Precision Plastic Parts -Walter Söhner, Schwaigern and since 1998, at Beiersdorf AG, Hamburg on the :

Franck Flecheux, General Manager, LEREM
Franck Flecheux is a packaging expert specialised in aerosols, aerosol can manufacturing processes and validation of new products worldwide.
He is a graduate of the DOUAI – ENSTIMD Ecole des Mines. He has more than 30 years of experience in the packaging industry (plastic tubes, manufacture of beverage cans and mainly aerosol cans).
He was Director of Research and Development at AEROCAN until 2013, where he worked for 20 years. Franck has followed almost all innovations in aluminum aerosol cans as well as developments in aluminum bottles.
He left his employer and founded Aerion Packaging and Consulting in January 2014 in order to offer his expertise to the Aerosol industry and to develop a new closure system for aerosol cans through a project named Bételgeuse in relation to the 4th adaptation to technical progress of the aerosol directive 74/324 of November 21, 2016 authorizing the packaging of aerosols up to 15 bars for aerosols filled with compressed gases or non-flammable liquefied gases .
The Bételgeuse project is covered by several patents, the latest of which is a European patent, publication no. 3526138 of 24 July 2019. Franck Flecheux and the Bételgeuse project won the Special Prize of the Aerosol Forum Paris 2017 Jury. Category Innovation Packaging as well as a recognition title of the Aerosol profession during the FEA congress in Düsseldorf on October 4th 2018.
In the continuity of his career, since January 2018 Franck is the director of LEREM (www.lerem.org). LEREM is a unique and independent centre of expertise on packaging. Franck is a member of the CFA, participates in the CFA FMA courses to present the compatibility module containing content. He is also a member of several technical committees at the CFA, FEA, SNFBM and the CR6Free commission of MPE.
Irena Gadomska, Head of Product Development, Innovation & Development, Colep
Irena Gadomska works at Colep as Head of Product Development, within the Innovation & Development team. Irena leads the team of development chemists, which span all global R&D locations. With a Master of Science degree in Chemical and Process Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing and Foreign Market Research and a European MBA, Irena is responsible for overseeing the development and industrialisation of new products, implementing manufacturing processes
Irena has more than 25 years’ experience in areas such as R&D; Quality; Production and Regulatory, across several product sectors including cosmetic, home care, pharmaceutical products and surface coatings, serving both B2C and B2B markets.
Sebastian Kraus, Associate Director Packaging Development Kao Europe Research Laboratories, Kao
Sebastian studied Packaging Technologies at HTWK Leipzig. He worked at the Beiersdorf Packaging Development Engineer NIVEA Visage Young for 7 months.
In 2005 he joined Kao where he worked in the Pack. Dev. Hair Care Brand GUHL for almost 2 years. His current position: Group leader of hair color packaging development for New Product Development, Innovation Projects (devices, tools, processes for hair color treatment, coop. with external partners), global Cost Reduction & sourcing strategy projects, global Packaging Specification System implementation.
Peter Lamboy, General Manager, BDVI
Peter has worked in Packaging Development for more than 40 years for P&G, Kao Germany, Wella AG, Richardson Merrell, Goldwell and Lamboy Packaging Consulting. He is the General Manager for the German Packaging Engineer Association (bdvi e.V.) and a Jury Member of the Germany Corrugated Board Association.
Detlev Melcher, Owner, Aerosol Europe
Detlev Melcher is owner and editor-in-chief of Aerosol Europe magazine.
Marc Spiniella, Managing Director, Johnson & Johnson
Marc comes from Brazil where he managed two sites of the Fareva group. A native of Strasbourg, Marc became Director of the Johnson & Johnson campus in Val-de-Reuil.
A graduate of the School of Polymers and Materials Chemistry, Marc, had previously worked for Johnson & Johnson in April 2002 where he worked as a Production Manager before taking on the role of Production Unit Manager.
He then moved to Switzerland to work at Zug’s head office where he held various positions in supply chain and procurement.
Leopold Werdich, Managing Director, Tubex
Leopold Werdich studied in Nuernberg and Brimingham. After working for a High-Street Bank and at a main ice cream producer he started in 1999 as a Managing Director for Tubex.
In 2002 he was appointed Managing Director of Tubex Holding.
The Tubex group is a renowned manufacturer of alu cans, alu tubes, alu cartridges and plastic tubes. Tubex is known for its innovative and groundbreaking packaging solutions especially in the field of sustainability.
Olinda Ausset, Head of Customer Technical Service and Laboratory, Precision
After graduating from her Chemistry studies at the Orsay University, Olinda joined PRECISION Group; over 30 years ago.
Soon after, she became the Head of Customer Technical Service and Laboratory for VALVE PRECISION.
Her know how lies in her ability to determine the best association of aerosol components (valve, gaskets, propellants) for a product package to meet the brands’ demands in terms of safety, compatibility and product dispensing.
She conducts technical training sessions for CFA, where she shares her expertise of our industry and trains newcomers.
