According to the agency, “Not only are the flavours within the cans are curated and crafted with care, but the packaging design is light, refreshing and beautifully intricate. The colour hues reflect the flavours but in a softened manner”. Studio MPLS has paid attention to the details from the supremely kerned text to the refined illustrations and sophisticated colours.
According to Abraham, “I wanted this label to be a reminiscence of the gourmet, exotic, complex-yet-simple traditional sauce. I wanted to reproduce the handcrafted and artisanal work from the region of Oaxaca, but I also wanted this to be the equivalent of what the Mole is like”. This vibrant, complex, and extremely detailed design perfectly captures the values of the brand.
According to the designers, “Utilising the simple shape of the bubbly circle, we coupled the designs of the label and box to create a rich colour story that looks great on its own and even better when stacked together on a shelf”. The custom-made injection moulded caps allude to the irresistible vibrancy of each scent’s notes of daily escapism.
